  1. When i first saw him i was like wow that is a very pretty girl, but when we looked at the pictures where he didn't have any boobs, i was a little taken back. But why can't he be a male model that wears girl clothes, girl models are allowed to wear guy clothes. I don't think this should affect his "masculinity", it's a job and he is doing what he loves. So why does that matter, what about all the girls doing male jobs does that mean they are loosing there feminine side. No it doesn't it just shows that they are very adverse people and are able to do anything.

  2. I think Andrej's style is unique. He is expressing himself and is confident about his look. Andrej is doing something he loves and makes him happy. I can see why some people may not like it, because he "supposed to be manly" and strong. Andrej is slim and isn't muscular. he is showing his creative side. We see it everyday that women wear men clothing, and i don't see the big deal of Andrej wearing women clothes. I feel that everyone should be able to express themselves without being judge by society. You have to be cofident in your on skin and not no one bring you down.

  3. Even though I do not approve of deception in any case, I think Andrej should be able to create any kind of look he wants. The fact that he started to cultivate his look in his teen years before anyone noticed him makes his androgynous look more respectable. That being said, I think having thin male models trick women into thinking that is what they should look like is going to create even more body image issues than there are today. The runway models are thin and unhealthy enough as it is, but having flat chested narrow hipped men advertising women's clothes raises the impossible ideal to the next level.

  4. When I first saw the ads wih andrej, I thought it was a girl. I think I recognized spme of the ads and now that I know that was a boy, it kind of made me look at them in a new way. Since this is what designers want, a tall thin figure with no hips or chest, using male models to model female clothes might really catch on and we may see more of them. I think its great that andrej is following his dreams and being what he wants to be no matter what anyone sais. I dont see any problem with it but if you look at the other side of it like gina said before, designers want to give an image to women thats just not possible. This is
already problematic in our society because women are always trying to get a
    body type thats not normal.

  5. I think Andrej has a very strong look and is a very good model. They said in the video he use to work at a McDonald's before he become a model, which I thought was very brave of him to go into something he had no experience with. Andrej gives off confidence even though he knows he is being photographed as a woman would be. I think if he had put on normal men clothes, such as a suite, he would not be as famous.

I must admit I was pretty shocked when I realized that pretty girl was actually a guy. It is amazing how one could be easily deceived by such images. However, his pictures and clothes he modeled were all beautiful regardless of the gender of the model. Sometimes beauty exceeds parameters like gender or sexuality. Some people may think that this is the beginning of the end and that in the future, male models will displace women in the super-model career. I think that this is not likely to happen, and let's remember that some trends do not survive for a long time in the fashion world.

  7. There is something about Andrej's style that intersts me and makes me want to see more. I think that a lot of people's problem with his androginous approach is that it pushes boundaries that many of us wouldn't dare cross. His aesthetic is daring and I like that, he challenges our ideas of what is "gender appropriate". Also the fact that he is remaining true to himself and not just trying to be noticed is a plus. Also i'm in favor of fashion designers using Andrej since his is the body type that they design for, and not women (well women with breast and hips for that matter)

  8. I think Andrej is a great model regardless of what is gender may be. He is expressing himself in a very brave and daring way, and in his case I don't think it is just a move to be noticed. The clothing designers are creating are made perfectly for his body, so why shouldn't he model these clothes. He is modeling the designers clothing well, and is showing a great deal of beauty in the process. He is showing that not all men have to abide by the "rules of masculinity." Not all men have to be tough and muscular. Just as all women are different and unique, so are all men.

  9. I think that Andrej is a very confident person. For someone to go against the norms and do what they truly love shows that he is a very independent person. People should not judge him just because of the clothes that he wears, he is good at what he does.

  10. At first glance I thought Andrej was a female model until I really looked I could tell that he was a male model. I have never seen or even heard of him, but then again I don't know of any models but it seems as though Andrej had struggled with his identity prior to him becoming a model. I think it's great that he has his own unique look and is confident in showing it off. His unique look is very stunning, although he doesn't look like a typical male model with broad shoulders and a ripped body, he still has an intriguing look about him that I really like. Those people that are judging Andrej for his style and creativity should take a look around and realize he's doing something that many people do and he is very good at it!

  11. I feel his look is a little disturbing, but he is a good model. he fits the standard size for a model. But when we first looked at the pictures i actually thought he was a girl. I wouldve thought he was a boy unless you have told us, because he looks very feminine.

  12. I think that in the fashion world he is key, because his body type and bone structure are exactly what designers are looking for. I would have never guessed it was a man unless you had told me or if I saw him with no shirt on. But it is very clever and unique for him to be modeling both men and female clothing. Kind of a new revolution for fashion.

  14. Andrej is making a statement that he feels comfortable in his own body and the media is eating it up. He is a pretty man, who could get away with wearing women's fashion and men fashion. I guess some men would be uncomfortable with him because to some it may be confusing. I personally think he is a very smart businessman and take my hat off to him for his savvy display of himself.

  16. I think the guy is pretty cool. I can look at him and tell he is obviously a man but his skin and features are gorgeous. I think the media liket that because he's something different, something to stand out a bit more and pay attetntion to.

  17. I think that this man could be considered a male model who just happens to wear womens clothes. women are alwasy wearing male cothes anf model them just the same. he is just someone who is trying to do what he wants to do and he doesnt care what otehrs think. he is a very unique person and should not be judged for it.
